THE SYSTEM
How Does It Work?
- We'll start with a free discovery call that will double as the application process where we'll talk over your goals and what you want to get out of YouTube in the long term.
- If after the call we decide the program is a good fit for you, we'll schedule the first 1:1 call and get to work. If it doesn't feel right, you will receive a full refund.
- Because of the high volume of 1:1 interaction, a maximum of 5 students will be accepted for each cohort
- There will be additional 1:1 calls every 2 weeks, with a series of custom tailored assignments and exercises for you to work on between sessions.
- The first half of the course will focus on building strong a foundation, defining your brand, idea generation strategies, and "studio" building, so that by the time you start shooting you know what you want to say and who you're speaking to.
- After 4 weeks, the production phase of the program will begin and the weekly posting schedule starts. Creating consistent content is not hard when you know how, but building momentum is often the biggest roadblock people face. We'll push through that.
- You'll carry this momentum with you through to the end of the course, at which point your channel will be up and running and you'll be armed with the knowledge and tools you need to keep it going.
- Detailed feedback will be provided on each video by both myself and the rest of the community in the members only forum.
- As the course winds down we'll focus increasingly on the business aspects of YouTube and create a personalized strategy for long term success.
- When the program wraps you'll have a channel populated with videos and a system in place to maintain a consistent output while still retaining control of your life.
